About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at ORS Group, a leading provider of allied health and workplace rehabilitation services. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality services to our clients, supporting them to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver clinical services to clients across various settings, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, and community centers.
  • Conduct assessments and interventions to support clients with various diagnoses and disability types, including Supported Independent Living (SIL), Sensory Assessments, Assistive Technology (AT) Assessments, and Home Modifications Assessments.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized plans that promote independence, participation, and community engagement.
  • Provide education and training to clients, families, and caregivers on strategies to promote independence, safety, and well-being.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and programs that promote best practice in occupational therapy and support the achievement of ORS Group's strategic objectives.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy.
  • Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA.
  • A car and driver's license.
  • A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
