Senior Trading Operations Analyst Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Trading Operations Analyst to oversee the daily operations of our trading platform, ensuring seamless execution and efficient management of trading activities.

This role is responsible for managing all aspects of trading operations, including operational support, platform administration, infrastructure maintenance, stakeholder engagement, issue resolution, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Support: Provide timely and effective support to resolve operational issues, ensuring smooth day-to-day trading activities.
  • MT4/MT5 Administration: Manage the configuration, setup, and maintenance of MT4 and MT5 platforms, including account and group creation, balance management, and credit transactions.
  • Trading Infrastructure Management: Administer and maintain trading bridges and infrastructure to ensure optimal trading performance.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders across risk, support, and sales teams to provide technical assistance and resolve queries.
  • Issue Resolution & Dispute Management: Investigate and resolve trading disputes, reconcile discrepancies, and provide platform-related support.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough investigations to identify root causes of operational issues and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze and optimize trading processes to enhance efficiency, reduce risks, and improve service quality.
  • Mentorship & Teamwork: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts, fostering knowledge-sharing and best practices within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in trading operations and platform management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MT4 and MT5 platforms
  • Knowledge of trading infrastructure and architecture
