Job Overview:

This role oversees trading operations, platform management, infrastructure, stakeholder support, issue resolution and process improvements to ensure day-to-day functions across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational & Trading Support: Handle operational and trading issues as they arise.
  • MT4/MT5 Administration: Manage MT4 and MT5 platform administration and configuration.
  • Trading Infrastructure Management: Administer, maintain and optimize trading bridges and infrastructure.
  • Stakeholder Support: Assist internal stakeholders with queries and requests.
  • Issue Resolution & Dispute Management: Conduct trade investigations to resolve disputes and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Independently investigate operational issues and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Process Improvement: Enhance trade operations processes by optimizing workflows and improving efficiency and service quality.

Requirements:

  • Great attention to detail, time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in technical skills such as SQL or Python.
  • A degree in a finance or business-related field or relevant financial markets experience.
  • A sound understanding of trading, FX and financial markets.
  • 2-4+ years' experience with MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5 trading platform, Manager, Administrator.
  • Familiarity with IRESS platform and third-party platforms for PAMM/MAM/Copy trading.
