Desktop Support Officer

This is a full-time 6-month contract role where you will provide support to users across multiple platforms and technologies. Your skills will include:

  • Providing desktop support and resolving problems to customer satisfaction
  • Telephone, face-to-face and onsite support to users regarding issues
  • Remote troubleshooting support on desktop issues within reasonable time
  • Escalation point for physical hardware issues, deliveries and deployments
  • Microsoft Office 365 & Tooling Administration support
  • Setup devices such as laptops, computers, mobiles, servers and peripherals

You will be working with a wide range of people in a fast-paced professional setting, demonstrating flexibility, initiative and drive.

About the Role

This position requires someone who can work autonomously, show initiative and have excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills. You will also be required to identify, log and resolve technical problems within our ticket management system.
