Excellence in Clinical Leadership
The role of the Clinical Lead involves leading a team to deliver high-quality care, ensuring exceptional customer experiences for residents and their families.
This includes:
- Driving quality improvement initiatives;
- Providing daily leadership, coaching, and supervision;
- Developing and managing effective clinical care plans;
- Addressing consumer feedback and liaison with families and stakeholders;
- Fostering relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
About You
As an experienced clinician, you will have the ability to work effectively within a team of health professionals, demonstrate empathy, and develop positive working relationships with stakeholders.
You will also possess knowledge and experience in operating within regulatory practice parameters and Aged Care Quality Standards.
Requirements
To be considered, you will require:
- Relevant clinical experience;
- Able to operate within a team environment;
- Effective communication skills;
- Ability to work within regulatory requirements.
