About This Role:
We are seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to work with NDIS participants, providing life-changing speech pathology services in diverse settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored therapy plans to support participants in achieving their goals
- Deliver high-quality speech pathology services in homes, schools, and community centers
- Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team of allied health professionals to achieve optimal outcomes
- Build strong relationships with participants and their supports
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology
- SPA registration
- A positive and flexible approach to work
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
