About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI Designer to join our Business Banking team at Commonwealth Bank. As a Senior UI Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our digital banking experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-quality user interfaces for our corporate banking platform, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience for our clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product owners, and stakeholders, to deliver a cohesive and engaging user experience.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' needs and preferences, using this insight to inform design decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our digital banking experience.
  • Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop in their roles.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in UI design, with a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your skills and expertise.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and human-computer interaction.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex design problems.
  • Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure.
