Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled UX and UI Designer to contribute to the development of future-facing features and offerings for our Digital Banking Experience. As a key member of our team, you will work alongside the Design Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design customer-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct UX research and usability testing to inform design decisions
  • Develop and implement user-centered design solutions across the user experience process
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to ensure design consistency and alignment with business goals
  • Contribute to the development of design standards and guidelines
  • Participate in design critiques and provide feedback to improve design quality
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a UX and UI Designer or Product Designer
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI design experience, including experience shipping digital products in a collaborative team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for design
  • End-to-end experience managing design activities across the user-centered design process
