Job Overview

This role is part of the Enterprise Risk & Business Assurance Team, which plays a pivotal role in upholding the integrity, reputation, and success of our organisation. The successful candidate will contribute to robust risk and compliance frameworks that aid operational development and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Leadership: Lead Quality initiatives across products and systems, ensuring adherence to the Quality Management System (QMS) and aiming for ISO 9001:2015 compliance.
  • Data Analysis: Utilise quality management and data analysis skills to enhance compliance and upskill the organisation.
  • Operational Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in operational performance.
  • Reporting: Annually assess and report on the QMS to senior management.
  • Customer Safeguarding: Promote customer safeguarding and compliance with standards.
  • Compliance Frameworks: Maintain and enhance compliance frameworks.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of standards and principles of care in the Human Services sector.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or significant knowledge and experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in providing expert advice and recommendations at a senior level.
  • National Criminal History Check (Police Check).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to liaise, negotiate, influence, and problem-solve with various stakeholders.

Estimated Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum
