Job Description

As a seasoned software implementation professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to new and existing clients. Your key objectives include optimizing the implementation process, engaging with customers to consult and plan implementations based on their needs, providing comprehensive training, and conducting post-implementation reviews.

This is a fully remote role offering a competitive salary and car allowance, designed to support your mobility and work-life balance while enabling you to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

You will train customer workflows, provide data and design services, assist senior staff, tackle challenging problems, develop product knowledge, leverage business acumen, contribute to customer outreach campaigns, and facilitate training sessions using various formats. This may require travel.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in software implementation, consulting, or customer training;
  • Delivered software training in both onsite and remote settings;
  • Strong understanding of business process mapping;
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce;
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to travel as needed for onsite training and implementation support.
