Job Overview:

This position involves building and nurturing internal and external relationships with key stakeholders, advocating and advising clients throughout the duration of their agreement.

The Software Lifecycle Specialist will work to maximize profitability through vendor programmatic funding mechanisms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • A strong understanding of Cisco software programs, technology, and key licensing schemes is required to facilitate proactive and credible client discussions.
  • Knowledge and understanding of other software vendors solutions is also essential.
  • Seasoned experience in sales and/or client success engagements within a commercial service offering environment is necessary.
  • Experience with and an understanding of agreement lifecycle stages is crucial.
  • Proactive engagement with clients to support the Sales Specialist achieve on time renewals and maximise growth opportunities is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain solid stakeholder relationships across client organisations is vital.
  • The ability to interpret a client's business strategy and objectives to understand opportunities for NTT Data solutions and services is necessary.
  • Knowledge of vendor technology including core functionality & features, and the ability to link this knowledge to NTT Data's service portfolio is also essential.
  • Strong consultative and negotiation skills with the ability to identify growth and expansion opportunities is required.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) coupled with good questioning skills are vital.
