Job Description


As a Senior Research Fellow, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and overall coordination of the National Palliative Care Coordination project. This multi-agency project aims to improve coordination between primary care and palliative care by identifying barriers to primary palliative care and ensuring accurate and timely referrals to specialist services.


Required Skills and Qualifications


To succeed in this role, you will have completed a PhD in health or a related field and have proven academic experience in research. You will have demonstrated research skills, including literature review, qualitative and quantitative data management, statistical analysis, research project coordination, and publication.


You will also have experience in research project management, coordinating research teams, collaborating in multidisciplinary or multi-agency research, and engaging in impactful research outcomes. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, including the ability to consult, negotiate, and interact effectively with academic and clinical staff.
