About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Product Sorter and Grader.

As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our donated products are sorted, graded, and prepared for sale on our retail floor.

A typical day might include:

  • Receiving and sorting donations from various sources
  • Meeting and engaging with customers and donors, providing excellent service and sharing the story behind our organization
  • Pricing, grading, and hanging product for the sales floor
  • Working collaboratively with your team to meet daily production targets and ensure a high level of quality control
  • Supporting a safe and healthy work environment

About You

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • Availability for part-time hours (Monday to Friday)
  • A strong team player mentality and ability to work collaboratively with others
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in retail, production, warehousing, or hospitality
