About Us

We are currently seeking a Clothing Grader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for treasure hunting - sorting donations from our charity partners and then getting the products ready for our retail floor.

  • You will accept donations on behalf of our not-for-profit partners.
  • You will meet and engage with customers and donors, sharing the Savers story to ensure they receive excellent service and have a meaningful experience.
  • You will sort donations, price, grade and hang product so it is ready for our retail floor.
  • You will work with your team to meet daily production targets.
  • You will support our safety culture.

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Availability for part-time hours - Monday to Friday between 7.30am - 3.30pm.
  • A team player attitude, willing to help others achieve team goals.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in retail, production, warehousing or hospitality.
  • The ability to celebrate uniqueness and contribute positively to a diverse team.
  • An impact-driven approach, always looking to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Customer-focused skills, providing an exceptional experience at every interaction.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new situations.
