About this Role

  • As a Treasure Sorter, you will be responsible for discovering hidden gems - sorting donations from charity partners and preparing them for the retail floor.
  • You will interact with customers and donors, sharing our story to deliver exceptional service and create a meaningful experience.
  • You will sort donations, price, grade and hang product so it is ready to go on the retail floor.
  • You will work with your team to meet daily production targets and support a positive safety culture.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Availability for part-time hours, Monday to Friday between 7.30am - 3.30pm
  • A collaborative spirit - you enjoy working in a team and helping others achieve goals
  • Experience in fast-paced environments, such as retail, production or hospitality
