Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Site Engineer to join our team for a large-scale Wind Farm Project in Central Queensland. This is a Fly In, Fly Out role, working a 2 weeks on, 1 week off roster.

About the Role: As a Site Engineer, you will work closely with the Project Engineer, Senior Project Engineer, and wider Engineering Team to ensure project objectives are met on time with respect to cost, safety, and quality. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with work pack development for the project
  • Reviewing project documentation and raising technical queries related to the project
  • Providing engineering/technical support and advice to on-site Supervision and project staff involved in the execution of works
  • Managing subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met
  • Working in accordance with quality assurance procedures, based on customer and ISO requirements
  • Assembling and maintaining project documentation and quality records for the project ensuring completeness and accuracy

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will require an Australian recognised, tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, excellent written and technical skills, and a confident user of MS Office Suite. You will also need an innovative approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement, clear and engaging communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills, and a driven commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
