Join Our Team as a Site Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Engineer to join our team at CPB Contractors Pty Limited. As a Site Engineer, you will play a critical role in the delivery of our Tunnel and Station Package for Brisbane's Cross River Rail project.

About the Project

Our project involves the construction of a 10.2-kilometer rail line between Dutton Park and Bowen Hills, including 5.9 kilometers of tunnel under the Brisbane River and CBD. The project also includes the construction of four new underground stations at Roma Street, Albert Street, Boggo Road, and Woolloongabba.

Your Responsibilities

  • Monitor key construction requirements to ensure they are achieved in line with agreed specifications.
  • Manage work conducted on site by subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Implement prompt and safe corrective action on site if required.
  • Maintain all relevant project document control and records.

Requirements

  • Recognized degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Demonstrated site experience coordinating subcontractors, preferably in a large-scale building or infrastructure project environment.
  • Ability to apply engineering principles to comply with scope of works and technical criteria.
  • Experienced in overseeing subcontractor safety, quality, and progress to achieve desired project outcomes.
