Join Our Team as a Site Engineer Mechanical

We're building Queensland's future, and we're looking for talented individuals to join our team. As a Site Engineer Mechanical, you'll play a crucial role in the delivery of our large-scale underground station site project.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-profile project that will leave a lasting legacy for the city of Brisbane. As a Site Engineer Mechanical, you'll be responsible for providing on-site engineering support to assist in the delivery of successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor key construction requirements to ensure they are achieved in line with agreed specifications.
  • Manage work conducted on site by subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Implement prompt and safe corrective action on site if required.
  • Maintain all relevant project document control and records.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A recognised degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
  • Mechanical or Electrical Engineering highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated site experience coordinating subcontractors, preferably in a large-scale building or infrastructure project environment.
  • Ability to apply engineering principles to comply with scope of works and technical criteria.
  • Experienced in overseeing subcontractor safety, quality and progress to achieve desired project outcomes.
