Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled engineer to lead and develop our Sydney team, working on diverse water infrastructure projects.

This role is ideal for an experienced professional looking to manage project delivery from design through to construction support within a multidisciplinary team.

You will oversee structural designs for steel structures in hydraulic structures, pump stations, reservoirs, and treatment facilities, as well as general industrial projects. You will work closely with the team to ensure successful project outcomes.

About You

You are a Chartered Professional Engineer with a bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering and significant experience in steel structures design, including industrial buildings, steel framing, and roofing. Experience with concrete or liquid retaining structures is desirable but not essential.

You are highly organized with excellent technical and communication skills, capable of leading and mentoring a team, and committed to delivering high-quality results.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of structural designs for steel structures in various settings.
  • Management of project delivery from inception to completion.
  • Mentorship and development of junior engineers.
