About the Role:
As the Administration Coordinator, you will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of the QLD office. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer service to members and non-members via email, phone, and in-person.
- Assist with membership applications and renewals.
- Manage data entry and database maintenance.
- Handle invoice management and other administrative tasks.
- Support other business units as required, including event and training coordination.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, order office supplies, and perform other ad-hoc office duties.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent phone manner and ability to engage with members effectively.
- Strong organisational skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships and work within a team.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using various technology systems and platforms.
