Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team in Newcastle. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing a range of forklifts and warehouse equipment on-site with customers.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working on their mechanical skills and delivering top-notch technical support to customers. If you have a trade qualification and strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills, we want to hear from you

About the Role
  • Service, maintain and repair forklifts and warehouse equipment on-site with customers
  • Deliver excellent technical support and minimize downtime
  • Build strong relationships with customers and represent the company with pride
  • Keep accurate records and reports
Requirements
  • Trade qualification (heavy or light vehicle mechanic, plant, diesel, or similar)
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
  • Customer-focused attitude and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Current driver's licence
