We are seeking an experienced Category Manager to join our team and shape the future of retail. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for defining and delivering a category strategy that meets sales, margin, and growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and deliver the apparel & accessories category strategy to meet sales, margin, and growth targets.
  • Develop and implement effective merchandise planning and buying strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure best-in-class pricing, margin, exclusivity, and agility.
  • Work closely with marketing, eCom, and logistics teams to ensure timely product drops and compelling online presentation.
  • Monitor trade performance and make data-driven decisions on rebuys, markdowns, and promotions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in category management or buying roles in a fast-paced retail or eCommerce environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with confidence in trading dashboards, forecasting, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills with supplier management experience.
  • Ability to scale assortments while protecting margin and managing inventory levels.
  • Possession of a passion for fashion, trends, and understanding customer behavior.
