Job Title: Apparel & Accessories Buyer

We are seeking an experienced buyer to lead our apparel and accessories category, driving sales, margin, and growth through trend-led product curation.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive category strategy that meets business objectives.
  • Curate high-impact product assortments that excite customers and drive strong commercial outcomes.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure best-in-class pricing, margin, exclusivity, and agility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure perfectly timed product drops and compelling online presentation.
  • Monitor trade performance and make data-led decisions on rebuys, markdowns, and promotions.

You will be responsible for defining and delivering the apparel and accessories category strategy, building trend-led assortments, identifying opportunities for growth, negotiating with suppliers, working closely with marketing and logistics teams, monitoring trade performance, and executing clearance strategies. We're looking for someone who is passionate about fashion, trends, and customer behavior, with a proven track record of scaling assortments while protecting margin and managing inventory.

This role requires strong analytical skills, negotiation experience, and a passion for fashion and trends. You should be able to build relationships with suppliers, manage inventory, and drive sales and growth through effective category management.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven buying experience in apparel and/or accessories in a fast-paced retail or e-commerce environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with confidence in trading dashboards, forecasting, and performance metrics.
  • Skilled negotiator with supplier management experience, including global sourcing.
  • Track record of scaling assortments while protecting margin and managing inventory.
  • Possession of a current driver's license and ability to travel.
