About the Role

This is a community-based position where you will be supported by engaged managers and have ongoing assistance. You will provide support to individuals in their homes, either independently or with family members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personal care
  • Assist with household domestic duties such as cleaning bathrooms, mopping, and dusting
  • Prepare meals
  • Accompany individuals on shopping trips, appointments, and community activities
  • Provide general companionship and help build social networks
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A background and qualification in community services (advantageous)
  • The ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
  • A valid Driver's Licence and willingness to use your own vehicle for work purposes
  • CPR and First Aid certificates
  • Physically fit and able to perform tasks that may involve heavy lifting
