**Key Responsibilities Include:**

  • Formulating and blending various types of paints, coatings, and related products based on company specifications.
  • Measuring and mixing raw materials, pigments, and additives to produce high-quality paints and coatings.
  • Operating and maintaining paint manufacturing equipment such as mixers and dispersers.
  • Monitoring production processes to ensure consistency in colour, viscosity, and performance.
  • Conducting quality control tests to ensure that paint batches meet product standards.
  • Maintaining accurate records of production, batch formulations, and material usage.
  • FOLLOWING safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
  • Assisting with troubleshooting production issues and making adjustments as needed.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Knowledge of paint formulations, raw materials, and mixing techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Ability to work with chemical materials safely and in compliance with safety regulations.
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Basic math skills and proficiency with measurement tools.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
