Job Title: Colour Specialist

Are you skilled in the art of colour matching?

We are seeking a Colour Specialist to join our team based at our Welshpool Store in Perth.

As a Colour Specialist, you will be responsible for providing professional services to customers, assisting with the mixing and formulation of paints to fulfil customer orders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Mixing and tinting colours to meet customer requirements.
  • Paint mixing and formulation as per specifications.
  • Completing tints on time while following industry processes.
  • Recording products used in mixed colours production.
  • Low-level colour matching expertise.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of colour mixing practices.
  • Proven colour-matching skills.
  • Familiarity with paint and consumable products.
  • Ability to work with formulas.
  • A valid forklift license would be highly regarded but not essential.
  • Permanent Working Rights in Australia is a must.
