About the Role:
- Full-time position Monday to Friday, leading a clinical team and managing all clinical functions to ensure safe, effective, and high-quality care for residents.
The ideal candidate will have experience in aged care leadership, proven clinical knowledge, and ability to implement quality management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic clinical leadership across the facility, ensuring seamless integration of clinical functions.
- Manage all care documentation with precision, implementing strategies for improved resident care.
- Support residents and their families by addressing queries, comments, suggestions, or concerns.
- Mentor and coach the clinical care team to deliver exceptional care, aligning with our organization's goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
- Experience working as a clinician in aged care.
- Leadership experience in aged care with the ability to influence others to deliver high-quality care and customer service.
- High level of clinical knowledge and understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards.
