Procurement Specialist Role

This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of procurement processes in human and social services. As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting market analysis and planning to inform commissioning decisions.

  • Conducting robust market analysis and planning to inform commissioning decisions;
  • Establishing and ensuring governance procedures for procurement negotiation requirements;
  • Developing procurement and grant documentation, ensuring high-level governance practices and compliance with legislation and departmental policies.

The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end contract management, including the establishment of contract management plans. They will also have the ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and frameworks.
