We are seeking a skilled Leasing Executive to join our dynamic team at Colliers Wollongong. As a key member of our commercial property management team, you will be responsible for leasing and managing commercial properties, providing exceptional service to clients, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze market information to inform leasing strategies
  • Develop and implement effective leasing campaigns to promote properties
  • Conduct site inspections and work closely with clients and tenants to meet their needs
  • Facilitate negotiations between clients and prospective tenants to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Manage relationships with external service providers, such as solicitors and agents
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients
  • Assist with the preparation of marketing submissions to showcase properties
  • Maintain accurate records and databases to support business operations
Requirements
  • A current real estate license or certificate of registration
  • Proven experience in commercial property management, sales, and/or leasing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to achieve successful outcomes
  • A team player mentality with a focus on delivering exceptional client service
