At Colliers, we're seeking a skilled Leasing Executive to join our dynamic team in Wollongong. As a key member of our commercial leasing team, you'll have the opportunity to create your own area of specialization, both geographically and in property type.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and analyze market information to inform leasing strategies
  • Develop and maintain effective marketing campaigns to promote properties
  • Conduct site inspections and work closely with owners and tenants to meet their needs
  • Facilitate negotiations between clients and prospective tenants to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Manage external service providers, such as solicitors and agents, to ensure seamless transactions
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and directions to provide expert advice to clients
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing submissions to showcase properties
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property information
Requirements:
  • A current real estate license or certificate of registration
  • Proven experience in commercial property management, sales, and leasing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to work effectively under pressure
  • A team player mentality with a focus on delivering exceptional client service
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
