Business Development Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to undertake a full-time Traineeship in Certificate III Business. As an administrative assistant, you will be responsible for performing a range of tasks including data entry, creating and updating documents on Microsoft Word and Excel, setting up new customers and suppliers in the system, and providing administration support to management as required.

The Role:

  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and customer communication.
  • Support the team in maintaining accurate records and databases.
  • Develop and implement efficient administrative processes to improve productivity and efficiency.

About You:

  • To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, be motivated to learn, well-presented, and have a positive attitude.
  • Year 12 completion is a requirement.
  • A valid Driver's Licence is also necessary.
  • As an individual looking for potential growth, you should have health and safety awareness.
