Head of Faculty: A Key Leadership Role in Education

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced educator to take on the role of Head of Faculty. This position offers a unique opportunity for an individual who is passionate about education and leadership to make a significant impact in a dynamic and supportive environment.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of teaching and learning within the faculty, including the implementation of new courses and programs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead, co-ordinate and manage all aspects of teaching and learning in the faculty.
  • Model pedagogical leadership by embedding assessment for learning, quality differentiation in response to student diversity, intercultural competencies and restorative practices in the classroom.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to ensure that students are inspired to pursue their passions and given every opportunity for academic success.

  • Proven track record of academic achievement and leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and deliver engaging programs of inquiry.
