We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cook to join our talented team at the heart of our operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and presentation guidelines.

• Ensure food quality and safety by adhering to proper kitchen protocols and guidelines.

• Assist chefs in daily food operations and work under their supervision.

• Receive, store, and manage stock in a clean and temperature-controlled environment.

• Cook meals according to dietary requirements and preferences.

• Examine food and products to ensure high quality and freshness.

• Present cooked meals in an appealing manner.

• Collaborate with chefs in planning and designing menus.

• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management, such as training kitchen staff.

Requirements:

• Hold a diploma-level qualification in cooking or a related field.

• Possess relevant experience working in a busy restaurant environment.

• Demonstrate a friendly, positive, and approachable attitude.

• Be energetic, motivated, and able to work under pressure.

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary package of $72,000 - $82,000 per annum, plus superannuation benefits.
