Territory Growth Manager
About the Role:
We're looking for a driven Territory Growth Manager to spearhead our plant-based dairy alternatives strategy. You'll play a key role in developing strong relationships with key stakeholders, promoting our range of alternative dairy products, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with cafes, roasters, distributors, and other potential clients.
  • Promote our plant-based milk portfolio to drive sales expansion.
  • Cultivate brand awareness through product demonstrations, tastings, and events.
  • Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills.


What We're Looking For:
  • Motivated individuals who are passionate about plant-based milks and committed to driving business growth.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience working in cafes, with a roaster, or as a sales representative in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport with key stakeholders.
  • A sales-driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of cafe channels and plant-based milks.
