About This Role

We are seeking an exceptional Store Manager to lead our high-performing team in Sydney's flagship store.

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and commercial planning to support business growth, managing all aspects of retail operations, and leading and developing a team of 25 with 6 direct reports and 2 Assistant Managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of retail operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Lead and develop a team of 25, including 6 direct reports and 2 Assistant Managers.
  • Drive sales and commercial planning to support business growth.
Requirements
  • Management experience within a customer retail or hospitality service environment.
  • Proven track record of effective selling skills and ability to drive commercial outcomes in a retail or hospitality environment.
  • History of successfully leading and coaching a team, creating an inclusive and psychologically safe work environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to utilise empathy to manage interpersonal relationships, open mindset, and deep curiosity.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, commercial acumen, and merchandising skills.
