Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Software Engineer located in Sydney, NSW, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Software Engineer will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining software applications, focusing on back-end web development and programming. Daily tasks will include writing clean, efficient code, collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting and debugging software issues, and participating in code reviews to ensure high-quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Computer Science principles and Software Development methodologies
  • Experience with Back-End Web Development and Programming
  • Strong skills in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging abilities
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in the retail industry is a plus
