Job Title: Senior Content Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to drive the development of high-quality audio and social content.

You will be responsible for creating engaging shows that resonate with audiences and align with our content goals.

  • Develop daily show plans and oversee their execution, ensuring content is fresh, relevant, and audience-focused.
  • Manage a team of producers and casuals, fostering a positive and high-performance culture.
  • Collaborate with talent, directors, and commercial teams to deliver compelling segments and integrated campaigns.
  • Oversee social media strategy and execution to extend the show's reach beyond broadcast.
  • Lead project management for special events and campaigns.

About You:

We are looking for someone with proven experience producing or leading a high-profile radio or podcast show. You should have strong editorial judgement, creative flair, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
