Seeking a forward-thinking Tax Technical Training Director to spearhead the development and implementation of comprehensive technical training programs for our Tax team nationally.

  • Develop and implement cutting-edge technical training initiatives, ensuring up-to-date knowledge and skills align with client needs.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders across tax service lines, Learning & Development, and subject matter experts to coordinate timely and relevant training activities.
  • Manage national technical training schedules and resource allocation, providing regular updates on progress and stakeholder engagement.
  • Maintain a centralized knowledge library for easy access to contemporary training tools by Tax team members.

This role requires a qualified chartered accountant with significant client-facing tax experience, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to critically analyze technical materials and conduct gap analyses.

  • Experience in managing holistic technical development programs and creating engaging learning content is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Australian taxation regime and ability to adapt to changing regulatory environments is essential.
