Job Title: Senior QA Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer to join our team at Riot Games. As a Senior QA Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the quality assurance efforts for our games, including VALORANT, League of Legends, and Teamfight Tactics.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the quality assurance team to ensure high-quality products are delivered to our players.
  • Develop and execute quality plans to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is integrated into every stage of the development process.
  • Provide technical guidance and oversight to junior QA engineers.
  • Identify and prioritize quality issues and work with the development team to resolve them.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong background in testing and quality engineering.
  • Proven track record of leading quality assurance teams and delivering high-quality products.
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with testing frameworks, automation tools, and version control systems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Agile development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of game development and testing.
  • Experience with quality management tools, such as Jira.
  • Certifications in software quality assurance, such as ISTQB or CSTE.
