About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance & Test Engineer to join our Engineering team at Pet Circle. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a high bar of engineering quality, improving our testing infrastructure and automation processes, and driving continuous improvement of the reliability of our key e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute test strategies and plans to ensure high-quality software releases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs
  • Design and implement automated testing solutions using Typescript and API testing frameworks
  • Conduct manual testing and exploratory testing to identify defects and areas for improvement
  • Work with the engineering team to identify and resolve issues, and to improve testing processes and tools
  • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test metrics to ensure comprehensive testing coverage
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members on testing best practices and processes
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Quality Assurance & Test Engineer with a strong background in software testing and quality assurance. You will have a proven track record of developing and executing test strategies and plans, and experience working with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs.

You will have expertise in Typescript, API testing frameworks, and automated testing solutions, as well as experience with manual testing and exploratory testing. You will also have strong communication and collaboration skills, and be able to work effectively with a team to identify and resolve issues.
