Telehealth Mental Health Coach

As a mental health practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting clients' growth and well-being through our telehealth platform.
This freelance remote opportunity offers flexibility to determine your own business hours. While local candidates are preferred, we also consider applicants from other regions.
We seek Clinical Psychologists and Counsellors who can collaborate with our team to enhance mental health access for the public by providing coaching services.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one telehealth or onsite mental health support to Intellect's clients
- Focus on clinical cases such as depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction, etc.
- Collaborate with the internal clinical team to suggest improvements to the program and platform
- Hold a Master's/Postgraduate Diploma training in Counselling or Clinical Psychology
- Be skilled in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or other evidence-based approaches (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT, etc.)
- Have at least 300 clinical hours post-masters degree
- Be able to communicate in English and their local language
- Have experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people
- Prior experience in EAP, counselling adults, or coaching managerial roles is advantageous
- Applicants open to working onsite when necessary are welcome
