Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overnight operations of the front desk with precision and care.
- Greet and register owners and guests with a warm, welcoming smile.
- Provide essential information about local attractions, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Stay up-to-date with all department-related paperwork and documentation.
- Utilize communication equipment seamlessly, including telephones, facsimiles, and computers.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a similar hotel position is highly valued.
- Proficiency in a PMS system (Hirum, Fidelio, Opera, etc.) is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, public, and school holidays.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and promoting the local area.
- Strong interpersonal skills and impeccable presentation/professional grooming standards.
