ROLE OVERVIEW

At Travel + Leisure Co., our mission is to provide exceptional guest experiences through outstanding customer service. We're seeking a motivated Night Auditor to join our Port Douglas team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to owners and guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Overnight operations of the front desk, including greeting and registering of owners and guests
  • Providing information to guests about local area attractions and amenities
  • Completing all department-related paperwork and using communication equipment, including telephones, facsimiles, and computers

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a similar hotel position is highly regarded
  • Previous experience with a Property Management System (PMS) is advantageous
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public holidays, and school holidays
  • Genuine passion for customer service and the local area
  • Strong interpersonal skills and immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards
