**Job Title:** Health Care Provider

Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor patient health status
- Develop and implement effective care plans
- Provide direct patient care and support
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing
- Current certifications in Cardiac and Telemetry nursing, rhythm analysis, and EKG interpretation
- Proficient in French, an asset
