Job Description:
">We are seeking a qualified and motivated Field Service Technician to join our team. The role will be based in our state-of-the-art facility in Newcastle.
">The Role:
">- ">
- Provide quality customer outcomes through diagnostic, maintenance, and repairs to a wide range of construction and mining equipment products.">
- Conduct all repairs and maintenance jobs in accordance with manufacturer specifications.">
- Completion and submission of all relevant paperwork.">
- Parts receipted for workshop to be tagged or binned to correct workshop.">
- Ensure compliance with company's Environmental Policy, quality standards, and Workplace Health and Safety requirements.">
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">Certificates of Trade - diesel mechanic, heavy vehicle, plant mechanic – light vehicle mechanic considered.
">Proven mechanical work experience.
">Understanding and delivering quality outcomes to ensure Total Customer Satisfaction.
">Safety Commitment - Proactive awareness and total commitment to always exercising a high standard of precaution and duty of care to yourself and for others around you.
