Lead Administration Team Member

  • Oversee reception area operations and overall clinic workflow, ensuring seamless efficiency.
  • Manage billing, banking, and Medicare activities with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Develop and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Plan workforce requirements, ensuring appropriate rostering and leave planning.
  • Utilize leadership expertise to manage escalations and resolve complex queries in a timely manner.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and deliver outstanding patient results.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in radiology and knowledge of patient workflow and administration processes.
  • Able to lead by example, motivating and mentoring a team towards shared goals.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, liaising with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Highly developed organisational skills, handling pressure and meeting deadlines with ease.
  • Sound problem-solving skills, effectively resolving complex situations and finding innovative solutions.
