We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our Road Safety Technology operations in the Asia Pacific region.

This role will provide leadership across administration, reporting, purchasing, financial control, and subcontractor management.

As a key member of the team, you will ensure accuracy and efficiency in contract delivery, client service, and compliance while shaping processes, improving systems, and fostering a supportive culture of excellence and accountability.

You will lead and manage the business support function, ensuring timely and accurate administration, reporting, and account processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the business support function, ensuring timely and accurate administration, reporting, and account processes.
  • Act as the first point of contact for client queries, providing clear communication and effective resolution.
  • Oversee training records and maintain essential safety and compliance documentation.
  • Manage operational databases covering inventory, repairs, subcontractor records, quotations, invoices, and staff leave.
  • Drive purchasing and invoicing activities from supplier quotations to goods receipts and client billing.
Requirements
  • Qualifications in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on achieving outcomes, improving processes, and building relationships.
  • Organized and adaptable with expertise in modern ways of working, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems.
  • Strong communicator with a collaborative approach and ability to adapt to changing business needs.
