About the Role

We are seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals who have sustained physical and psychological injuries at work.

Your clinical expertise and reasoning skills will be essential in developing and implementing holistic rehabilitation plans that meet the unique needs of each client. You will work closely with clients to understand their goals and aspirations, and develop tailored career pathways that support their return to work or transition to new roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement rehabilitation plans that address the physical, emotional, and vocational needs of clients
  • Work closely with clients to understand their goals and aspirations, and develop tailored career pathways
  • Provide clinical expertise and guidance to clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve common goals

Requirements:

  • Current unrestricted registration or membership with relevant industry body
  • Strong clinical reasoning nous
  • Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience in conducting various clinical assessments
  • Unrelenting passion to help people rehabilitate
