About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in delivering large scale complex transformation projects within a HR environment or similar.
  • Proven success in leading and managing a high performing team while ensuring quality human and financial resource management practices are adhered to.
  • Highly developed interpersonal, communication and negotiations skills at a senior level.
  • The ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders and other partners to achieve required outcomes.
  • Highly developed research, analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills including the ability to plan, manage and implement strategic solutions in managing outcomes for a large scale project.
  • Ability to understand project management methodology and support critical project related activities.

A change management certification with a recognised professional body (eg Prosci) would also be highly regarded.
