About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Professional. In this role, you will provide home help services to our clients, ensuring they receive the care and support they need to maintain their independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general housekeeping and domestic duties such as cleaning, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Assist with meal preparation and grocery shopping.
- Offer personal care services including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance.
- Support clients with complex care needs, such as dementia.
- Provide social and emotional support to clients and their families.
Requirements:
- At least 3 months of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to build positive relationships with clients and their families.
- Comfortable working independently and finding solutions to everyday problems.
- Enjoy having variety in your day and being adaptable to changing situations.
